Behavior modification

Well, it's been a few days with Drive Wise installed and I have to admit that I have caught myself thinking about the device and making slight modifications to my driving habits. I've always considered myself a good and safe driver and I have the driving record to prove it. That said, I am not immune to closing gaps in heavy traffic on Lake Shore Drive or occasionally  driving too close to the car in  front of me. Having Drive Wise installed, I am more conscious of my driving habits and adjust them in order to avoid a dreaded "event". Maybe it is because it is new and I am more aware of the device. Over time, I may be less conscious of it.

Below is a snap shot of how Drive Wise reports on miles driven. They report total miles driven and break them out by low-medium-high risk driving hours.

Drive Wise Installation

As you can guess, the installation is very easy. Simply plug and go. I installed the device yesterday afternoon before driving out to the suburbs to visit relatives.
I logged into my Drive Wise account this morning to view my log. As you can see in the screen shot below, Drive Wise has reported how many miles I've driven, how many events I've engaged in, and how many miles I've traveled over 80 MPH
